General Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) services are given on education, training, citizenship, employment and health to facilitate more active community cohesion, integration, safety and health.

Training and guidance services are given in basic office skills in such areas as answering phones, typing, photocopying, faxing, access to the internet, sending and receiving e-mail, writing letters, filling application forms, CV composing and keeping financial records to improve employment opportunities. Information is also provided to develop an understanding of how the UK labour market operates through ESOL classes (Citizenship embedded) and workshops on an on-going basis.

We also create more access to other vital services (such as housing and immigration) through referrals.
